👗 Custom Clothing

Q: Why do some clothing items take longer?
A: Not all items are made when ordered. Just my personnal designs. Too keep inventory down. I only make them when requested. Made when ordered orders typically take 7–14 business days.  You’ll receive tracking info once your item is on its way.

Q: What if my Made To Order item doesn’t fit?
A: Because each piece is made to order, we recommend double-checking your measurements before purchasing. If there’s an issue, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Q: Are your wigs human hair or synthetic?
A: We offer both! Each product page clearly states the hair type, texture, and styling options.

Q: Can I dye or heat-style my wig?
A: Human hair wigs can be dyed and heat-styled. Synthetic wigs have limited styling options—check the product details for guidance.

Q: Do you offer custom wig units?
A: No, not at this time, but we do have a variety of  colors, lengths, and lace types.  I am sure you will find your style.

Q: How do I care for my wig?
A: We include care instructions with every order. You can also visit our Wig Care Guide for tips on washing, storing, and maintaining your unit.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Ready-to-ship items go out within 2–3 business days. Custom items may take longer—check the product page for specific timelines.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Custom items and wigs are final sale unless defective. See our full Return Policy for details.

Q: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
