At PrettyTap, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Wigs , Weave , braiding hair should be returned in the same state it was received, with no signs of brushing, combing, or styling.
• Sale items and digital downloads (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable unless defective.
🚚 How to Start a Return
1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
💸 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
⚠️ Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
